LOVED this soup today. Good thing I bought a pint, it will be dinner also. Peggy 1/27/11 I literally have never in my life had soup that good!!! I consider myself a fairly serious, and traveled, foodie, and that was just fantastic!! My plan was to eat half and save the rest for dinner, but I finished it all right away…I wish I had gotten more! It was beautifully balanced…half the time I get shrimp soup it is too peppery, and half the time it is bland. This had a real nice balance of seasonings that complemented instead of overwhelming the taste of the shrimp…I half expected the shrimp to reach out and grab my spoon! Alyssum 4/23/2010 I stopped in today and got soup for both my VP and myself. The Shrimp & Sausage gumbo seemed even better than usual. Marchelle 2/5/2010 At market on Saturday I bought a pint of your Italian Mushroom soup + fresh turkey cutlets from the poultry stand– in a 9X13 pan poured the soup over the cutlets, baked 45 min at 350– delicious! My hubby liked it too! I wasn’t feeling well today and your chicken pot pie was awesome. It’s opening my head up. Thank you! Once again, great lunch today. And the “hired help” did pretty well too. Hey Kim, We spoke to you this morning at market and purchased a large container of your clam soup. We couldn’t wait to get home and try it. We wanted you to know that is was absolutely delicious – and so was the bread. What a perfect match. We will be back to try more of your soups. We wish you continued success – obviously you have worked very hard and it’s nice to see a young gal making her dream come true and to create her own business. We have total admiration for you. See you soon! Simply Soup, you’re the best! I enjoyed the chicken corn soup this past Tuesday (delicious!!!) so much that I talked my coworkers into heading over for the baked potato today.
